K 99 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the K 99 platform (k99-vip.com) and its services. By opening an account, placing a bet, playing a game, or using any service on K 99, you agree to be bound by these terms.

K 99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, K 99's interpretation shall be considered final.

The following requirements must be met to open an account at K 99:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• The mobile number and email used during registration must be your own.
• Keeping your password secure is entirely your responsibility.

Creating multiple accounts will result in their forfeiture, and all funds and bonuses will be cancelled. K 99 reserves the right to suspend any suspicious account without verification and conduct an investigation.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for account security. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

K 99 is a responsible platform. Strict KYC (Know Your Customer) policies are in place to prevent underage use.

Documents required for KYC:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie (your face must be clearly visible).
• Bank statements or proof of mobile banking transactions may be required.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Once verified, you won't need to go through the process again. All KYC information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals at K 99:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Maximum daily deposit: determined by your account tier.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the event of suspicious activity.

K 99 charges no hidden fees. However, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

The following rules apply to all betting activity at K 99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except where the cash-out feature is available.
• Bets must be placed before the match begins; separate rules apply to live betting markets.
• K 99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error or data feed issue.
• If a match is abandoned or ends before the scheduled time, K 99's own rulebook will govern the outcome.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts to exploit the same event is strictly prohibited.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at K 99. Each offer also has its own specific terms listed separately.

Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement — meaning you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before withdrawing. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets.

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or Sports Betting markets.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Using the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be suspended.
• Bonus cash cannot be transferred directly to another person.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at K 99:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Accessing or using another person's account without their permission.
• Attempting to carry out a cyberattack or hacking the platform.
• Registering with false information or attempting to pass KYC using fraudulent details.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action.

K 99 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

Users may close their account at any time by emailing our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any available balance before requesting closure.

K 99 believes betting and gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a problem. That's why we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum bet amount per session.
